Where white looks right

It’s time to take a new look at white interlayers for glazing and reconsider all the places where they could add better aesthetics and functionality—especially in design elements that traditionally have used sand blasting, acid etching, paint, or wall cladding.

There’s a brighter choice: the Vanceva® White Collection of high-performance interlayers for laminated glass.

How much privacy do you need?

With the Vanceva White Collection, designers and architects can create private yet elegant spaces by specifying just the right light transmittance for their needs. The Vanceva White Collection can be combined with other Vanceva interlayers to achieve the right level of translucence in any color

Vanceva PVB interlayers can also be combined with Saflex® PVB interlayers to help meet structural, acoustic, and safety requirements. Combining Vanceva with Saflex PVB interlayers provides excellent post-breakage safety because, in cases of impact, the shards of broken glass remain adhered to the interlayer, reducing risk of cuts or injury. What’s more, combing colored interlayers with clear structural, acoustic, or safety interlayers is an effective way to create memorable and safer exterior and interior safety glass without having to increase glass thickness for the desired color intensity.

Vanceva Illusion White

Translucent-gradient PVB interlayer for laminated glass

Offering the ability to transition from medium translucence (~65%) to full transparency, Vanceva® Illusion White polyvinyl butyral (PVB) interlayers give designers and architects new opportunities in glazing in the balcony segment.

Now you have the ability to draw the eye to accentuate compelling vistas while creating an elegant glazing effect.

Vanceva now provides the ability to incorporate a translucent transitioning effect in glazing without ceramic frits, paints, or printing for a laminated glass solution. Starting with the translucence of our Vanceva Arctic Snow white interlayer and transitioning to full transparency, this look can be achieved by incorporating Vanceva Illusion White PVB interlayer into your laminated glass configuration.

Earth Tone color codes are designated by beginning with “S” and are a single color, they are not comprised of layers of Vanceva Color (for example: S7558 is an Earth Tone blue, but cannot be created with Vanceva 0007+0005 +0005+0008).
