Complexe STM Crémazie is located in downtown Montreal, QC Canada. In service since 1948, the old machining centre owned by The Société de transport de Montréal (STM) needed a major refurbishment to adapt to the current and future operations of the public transport company. The architects favored the contribution of natural light through the addition of a large atrium in the heart of the factory, skylights to the roof as well as the addition of several curtain walls. Vanceva glazing strips enhanced the facades of the building thanks to their colours reminiscent of those of the STM logo. The building is aiming for certification LEED Gold.
